They are planted in blocks rather than rows, self-blanching celery so that the plants
shade each other and sweetcorn to enhance wind pollination.

turn yellow.

suitable for autumn sowing. Longpod beans sturdy and the pods are longer and
narrower and contain 8-10 beans

Q4. What are the differences between Hipsi and Celtic cabbages?

Hipsi are summer harvested, and have compact pointed heads and dark green
leaves. Celtic are winter harvested, bald-headed, rock hard and blue/green.
